Hired is an AI-driven talent marketplace that matches highly-qualified and individually-vetted candidates with top companies in tech, sales and finance verticals. Gravitate worked with Hired to launch its State of Software Engineering Report, featuring data from its platform.

Objectives

  • Position Hired as an authoritative voice on software engineering and tech hiring
  • Create a marquee report that serves as the basis of other assets (including blog posts, eBooks, social assets, media pitches, etc.)
  • Drive compelling marketing narratives and data-driven media angles using the report as the centerpiece
  • Support lead generation initiatives

Strategy

Gravitate partnered with Hired to identify the types of data to analyze, which would form the basis of the report. Gravitate developed the messaging and report draft, which then formed the basis for an integrated marketing communications program (including earned, owned, shared media, webinars, and eBooks).

Gravitate also conducted highly-targeted media outreach to amplify visibility about the report leading up to and post-launch.

Results

Gravitate secured four media interviews and 13 pieces of coverage across top tier business, tech & industry trades.

Hired generated almost 12,000 downloads of the report from its website, 74 MQLs, over 230 registrations to its corresponding webinar and hundreds of candidate reactivations on the Hired platform within the first few weeks following the launch.
